Go Inside Barry Feinstein's Archive with Global ImageWorks

Take a dive into the archive of legendary photographer Barry Feinstein’s reportage at Global ImageWorks, including coverage of Richard Nixon’s election-night headquarters in 1960, when he captured the tension of the close presidential race between Nixon and John F. Kennedy.

Feinstein had the foresight to document the early use of the IBM RAMAC 305 computer that year as it tabulated votes in Los Angeles County.

Less than a year later, Feinstein photographed members of the Los Angeles Chapter of Women Strike for Peace as they traveled by bus to downtown L.A. to demonstrate against nuclear testing at the height of the Cold War.
